I have been dying to get these pictures up for you. Please forgive me for leaving you with that tease last week and running off to Ohio for four days.

Where to begin? First off this may be one of my favorite shoots ever.

I’ve known Angela for quite a while. Both of us worked for the same newspaper, which we were both also laid off from. I can tell you with a straight face, even speaking for Angela, neither of us regret that decision. This past year has had lots of changes for her. She has to be one of my most stylish friends and her love of design landed her a job with my other good friend, Anna at Lucia|Paul Design. Now she is now building a career in event planning. I definitely think its a better fit.

Rob and I chat about all things photography. The good, the bad and the ugly. He has been a wonderful sounding board for me and my business.

I’m blessed to call them friends.

When I was told Angela was expecting I couldn’t have been happier. These two have built a beautiful life together. They have traveled all over the world. They enjoy food, and drinks and laughter and culture. They already have two dogs, why not have a baby?

I want to thank them both for trusting me with such important photographs.

I can’t wait to meet their son.

Before I run off to Dayton, Ohio, tomorrow for the Fast Track Photographer Workshop I wanted to post a tease photo from a maternity session I had the pleasure of shooting last night.
